Alisha is the GOAT! I had an amazing experience and couldn’t be happier with the service. I needed three separate floral deliveries for Mother’s Day — last-minute request, and everything was handled beautifully. The arrangements were absolutely gorgeous, thoughtfully put together, and exactly what I was hoping for. She was professional, responsive, and really came through when I needed it most. Each bouquet was stunning and clearly made with care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and dependable service, she truly nailed it!

The shop is absolutely GORGEOUS, the artwork and decor are absolutely stunning. I ordered a london fog with lavender (which was DELICIOUS) while I waited for my arrangement, put together by Alisha herself! I had the absolute best experience with BLOOM, I was shopping for valentines flowers for my boyfriend. I had a vision and absolutely no floral talent and I gave Alisha my idea, and she perfectly made it a reality. She was super easy and fun to work with, letting me decide what changes I wanted to make to the bouquet (she did such a good job we only added like one more flower). The customer service was phenomenal and I will definitely be going back. If you're looking for the perfect place to get flowers, stop. You found it. Buy at BLOOM, you won't regret it . 🩷

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Alisha's floral expertise at BLOOM Florist in New Haven CT. My husband, David, collaborated with Alisha to create two stunning floral arrangements for my birthday, even on short notice. Alisha's designs were nothing short of spectacular—each arrangement was uniquely intricate, with a delicate balance of colors and flowers that truly captivated. Her attention to detail and creativity shone through in every petal. It was a delightful birthday surprise that exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Alisha, for your exceptional talent and for making my day extra special!
